Krav Maga Outdoor training....

In today's Krav Maga training, we could all feel what a man can develop force when the focus is deeper, we go a little more than usual in the knee.

If the impact of a technology such as stable running technique , it comes with unstoppable force and brings the desired effect.

But now we need to still improve the accuracy !

Sure, sorry, I gave you something long plagued it, but a stable state is vital in self-defense ! Very briefly we practiced nor the movement technique on the ground. We trained together in the sunset, practiced three different situations of harassment, their solution and then make the test of reality. Yes, I know, not quite, finally we knew that someone would attack us and it would still only be a training partner.

Nevertheless, these exercises can easily increase the adrenaline and it is difficult to coordinate the learned movements. But it is precisely this type of training makes us safer. . Here are show to you a few  krav maga outdoor basic  situation scenes.
